About RapidCourierGo

We are a visibility company that happens to move freight.

Founded in Rotterdam in 2009 by four forwarders who were tired of telling clients they would “check and come back” — we built the scanning layer first, then the network around it.

Our story

Built to answer one question honestly.

“Where is my shipment?” sounds simple. In 2009 it was not. Answering it meant phoning a partner agent, who phoned a handling company, who checked a paper manifest — and by the time an answer came back it described where the cargo had been, not where it was.

Our founders had spent a combined sixty years in forwarding and were done apologising for that. So they inverted the usual order: instead of buying trucks and bolting tracking on afterwards, they built the event pipeline first and only signed carriers who would scan into it.

That constraint cost us capacity in the early years. It also meant that by 2014, when the industry started talking about visibility, we already had five years of clean milestone data and a control tower staffed around the clock.

Today RapidCourierGo moves air, ocean, road and rail freight across 142 countries. The rule has not changed: if a movement cannot be scanned, we do not sell it.

How we operate

Four rules we do not bend.

If it cannot be scanned, we do not sell it

Every leg of every service must emit machine-readable events. A partner who will not scan is a partner we do not use.

You hear it from us first

When something goes wrong the control tower calls you before you notice. Bad news early beats good news late.

One all-in number

Quotes include handling, documentation and the surcharges we can foresee. Invoices match the quote or we explain why in writing.

A name, not a queue

Every account has a named coordinator with a direct line. Escalation goes to a person, not a ticket form.

Work with us

Sixteen years of scans. Put them to work.

Bring us your hardest lane — the one that keeps slipping — and we will show you what honest visibility does to it.
